Why am I Getting Numerous Low Battery Warnings?

If you receive multiple Low Battery warnings,  there are a few things you can try to resolve the issue:

  1. We recommend that you run your device on A/C Power, so if you don't already have your SmartFeeder plugged in, doing so, might resolve the issue.
  2. If your SmartFeeder is plugged in, check to see if your Bowl is securely installed in the SmartFeeder Body (i.e. pushed all the way into the Feeder Body)
  3. Finally, Check to see if the USB Cable is securely plugged into the Feeder Body.
  4. If you still get the Low Battery warning after running through these checks, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@petnet.io or at (855) 738-4650
